Whatever your
problem is - there’s always someone who can help. Have a

Do my parents
really care?
YES! But remember
parents are human too - there’s no textbook to tell them what to
do. They have to make mistakes to learn, just like you. If
you really think they’re not there visit

useful links to find someone who is.
No-one wants me
here – what’s the point of being alive?
Suicide is a
pretty permanent solution to a temporary problem which WILL get
better in the end. You’ll never know if you could have worked it
out. You’ll never know if the people you love cry when you die,
or screw up their lives because they feel guilty about you. You
might not get it right and end up injured for life. Before you
hurt yourself – get help. Have a look at the
